Shipping and Returns

Shipping Options: Our standard "Curb-side" Delivery is always complimentary and typically takes 5-10 days after order submission.  Orders under about 100 Lbs ship UPS/FedEx ground. Large or heavier orders ship LTL / Freight with a curbside delivery appointment.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

• We accept returns up to thirty (30) days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the total order amount minus the shipping costs and restocking fees for the return.
• Returns must be in the same condition as received and in its original packaging materials and box. Customer is responsible for shipping and a 25% restocking fee. Please contact info@mobilityscootercentral.com to request a return authorization and shipping label. 
• If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@mobilityscootercentral.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will review and resolve these issues on a case-by-case basis and try our best to work towards a satisfactory resolution.
• Custom products or made-to-order products are final sale and cannot be canceled or returned once the order is placed.

DO NOT accept damaged boxes; send them back with the driver. Retain boxes in good condition.
