Warranty Information for Vision Super
Power Chair Warranty – Lifetime Limited
- Merits Health Products, Inc. warrants the main frame against defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime expectancy of this power chair (5 years).
- For one (1) year from the date of purchase, Merits will replace at their option to the original purchaser, free of charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative in the material or workmanship: Electronic controllers, harnesses, chargers, motors. Labor charges incurred in the installation or repair of the above mentioned parts plus all freight charges are not included in the warranty.
- Warranty exclusions: Tires, plastic or rubber parts, upholstery/armpads, painted surfaces, seating, bearings.
- Merits Health Products, Inc. will repair or replace parts as required, provided that an authorization for such return has been acquired by an established dealer and that the part or parts in question are returned fully insured with freight prepaid to us within the prescribed period of warranty. Labor charges incurred in the installation or repair of the above mentioned parts plus all freight charges are not included in the warranty.
- Merits Health Products, Inc will not warranty any parts damaged by improper installation and/or repair on the part of the individual owner’s neglect, accident or misuse, nor those parts altered or serviced by an agency not authorized by us.
Shipping and Returns
Shipping times vary between 1-3 business days on most orders and your item will be delivered in 3-10 business days after the order has been processed.
Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed with us you will receive a notification and confirmation email with all your order details. If you receive your confirmation email that means our system has properly processed your purchase and has pre-authorized your credit card. We will then submit your order to our transit team to reach out to our supplier and/or warehouse manager to ensure that your item is still in stock for immediate packaging and shipping. If for some reason your item happens to be out of stock or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If the item(s) for your order become available for shipping within 4 days, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Shipment process: Upon receiving your order we will vary the stock level of your item and proceed with processing your card within 7 days from the date of your order. Once tracking numbers are available we will issue those to you through email to the email you provided at the time of your purchase. If for some reason you do not receive the tracking information from our team within 8 days of your order, do not hesitate to reach out to us at info@mobilityscootercentral.com
Damages: Upon delivery please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery, or simply refuse delivery all together and it will be sent back to our supplier. If there is any concealed damage, please contact us immediately and send photos of the damage to info@mobilityscootercentral.com. We will get in touch with the manufacturers on your behalf to process any claims.
Returns: Our policy lasts 30 days. The unit must be returned back to the manufacturer within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible to return your item, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the product is damaged or shows signs of use, you may be responsible for the costs to repair the item to return it to new and sellable condition. All refunds are subject to paying the return freight shipping costs along with a 25% restocking fee. Our return policy applies to cancellations made after an item has been physically shipped or refusal at the time of delivery. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. You must contact Mobility Scooter Central to initiate the return. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 days. Refund amount will be for your total purchase amount minus shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as it may take a little time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@mobilityscootercentral.com.
Shipping for Returns: To return your product, a sales rep will send you the shipping instructions as they vary from product to product. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. When returning your unit, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Restocking Fee: Returned products will require a restocking fee of up 25% of the original purchase price. Customer must also pay for all shipping costs associated with the purchase and return.
Cancellations: Any order that gets canceled after 24 hours is subject to a 10% admin fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If the order has left one of our warehouses, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping fees as well.
